    Elevated command prompt. Rebooting now and running CHKDSK /F will run.

    It should tell you that Check Disk can't be run with the drive mounted, do you want to dismount it. When you say No, next screen should ask if you want to schedule Check Disk to run on the next reboot. Select yes and reboot.
