    Windows 10 errors

I have a Samsung RF510 laptop , having used Windows 7 with no problem I wanted to go for Windows 10 , I have tried to upgrade it many times and still no joy !!

I have just tried again from the windows site and downloaded the " GetWindows10-WebDefault_Attr " the whole process went along and when it got to almost finished and I thought yes I am going to be using windows 10 , yet again it hung on the blue screen with the light blue windows box .

I had to switch off the laptop and when it came on I was back on my windows 7 as before .

The error was C1300101-20017 and need help with the errors so yes I do , it went through the computer and I had lots of nice red ticks except one which said .... CX80070057(2016-02-10-T-01_18_23P) never had this one before .

I have been trying to get windows 10 for the past few months and still want to get it but I just can't see how I can make it happen.

Please is there anyone out there who can help me with this , surely there must be an answer for this , after all windows want everyone on 10 so why are these errors around .

Dec I had Microsoft on my laptop trying to sort it and when you have to restart of course you loose contact with them so you can't type IT DIDN'T WORK AGAIN ...............

Thanks to anyone who can help

Create a usb stick using this link (8GB stick recommended).

    Windows 10

Insert stick in pc whilt running Windows 7, and run setup.exe from root directory of usb stick.

The you should try again with latest version doing a clean install instead (backup all data first).

Boot from usb stick, select custom install, delete all existing partitions, install and activate using old key.
