Are you fast updating or slow updating?

I'm just wondering what everyone is doing, and why?

I have mine set to fast update and will use the upgraded Win 10 until an ISO version of a new build is available at which time I will do a clean install.

My last update was my last update. It emptied all of ms office folders, had to reinstall it and Itunes and something else. I googled and found out it had happened to others. I could not do a system restore, my computer was so messed up it was just easier to reformat.

I'm wondering which is more stable?

Faster might introduce more new bugs, but slower would take longer to fix existing bugs.

Both fast and slow will supply the same build. Only a new build will get the new patches.
