Hi ElmoElbadry, welcome to Ten Forums. You can use upgrade from an iso. This is from the tutorial forum. Windows 10 ISO Download - Windows 10 Forums .

Do you get any error message? You click on restart now and then what happens?

You should find 2 log files, setuperr.log and setupact.log probably in the hidden directory C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther but you may want to search the whole disk as they may be in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\Panther

These will tell you what is causing the problem. Look at setuperr.log first - if it is not empty and says something like this
    Code:
    2016-01-08 15:29:52, Error CONX 0x80004005 put_value failed for ProductVersion
    then please let us know.

If you like you can upload the whole files and someone will have a look. Please edit them before uploading (especially the SetUpAct.log) as they will contain your email address (if you use a MS account) and IP address which you probably want to keep private.

Run disk cleanup, then try it with iso as JohnC suggests. Autoupgrading is decidely inconsistent.

Have you tried the manual upgrade using the iso yet?It works very often when autoupgrading does not.
