    I have the exact same problem as you, did you solve it yet????? This is driving me insane I don't wanna do reset the pc then I'll lose my files
    btw iso and windows media creation tool doesn't work

    Have exactly the same problem, will try tomorrow to upgrade it manually using Media Creation Tool and selecting "Upgrade this PC" option

    Did it through Media Creation Tool, worked like a charm, it takes some 10 GB, though
