What language are you running? It looks like en-US (American English) and your ISO is en-GB (UK English).
You have to upgrade using the same language ISO. I'd suggest trying again with English (not English International) ISO.

I'm not sure if the printer drivers or your AV would halt upgrade so I'd suggest download the correct ISO and retry.
If it is still complaining try uninstalling (not just disabling) your AV and try the test again.
I've never heard of printer drivers blocking upgrade but they are in the error log so it is possible I suppose.
