W10 Flashplayer updates (KB3133431)

]I have Incredimail and every day W10 does an update with (KB3133431) and it prevents my emails from downloading. IM has told me to delete the updates and that seems to work UNTIL the next update comes in. What is the problem with flashyplayer (KB3133431) and W10 security (KB3133431) and how can I STOP getting your updates until someone figures out how to fix it. I see there is a W10 Fix but I am reluctant to download it in fear it may completely stop my emails, I live by my emails so it is, fix it, or I reinstall W8. Any help will be appreciated no matter who does it.

Hi,apparently this particular update breaks Incredimail: see
Security Update - KB3132372 - Flash Player - Windows 10 Forums

You might try this
Windows Updates - Hide or Show in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
to stop this particular update.
