Activate Build 9879

A week or so ago I installed Build 9879 of W 10 TP and have tried every day to activate it through PC Settings. I keep getting a message saying, "Windows can't activate. Try again later." Should I be concerned? What can I do to activate it?

Check for Updates, it should activate on it's own.

That is what I thought too but I just ran "Check for Updates" and it found and installed some and it is still not activated. Go figure!

Finally got it to activate! I stumbled across the product key for the 9879 Build (PBHCJ-Q2NYD-2PX34-T2TD6-233PK). I used it to activate and Bingo it worked.

Perfect!

Mine updated to 9879 this afternoon and it apparently activated itself.

I don't see how you would stumble on the activation key it's shown above the iso download links
Where exactly did you download the iso ?
Apparently not from Microsoft :/

At my age a person can and will miss most things. I guess that is where I found it on the second time around.

I remember now. I Binged with 9879 Product Key and found it on social.technet.microsoft.com
