Thanks. I made some clarifications. I meant that it fails for those who did not keep build 10240 after upgrading to 10586, e.g those who cleaned previous windows via Disk Cleanup.

    Windows 10 v1511 x64 PT-BR here, KB3122947 not available.
I think it has been pulled.

Update: I guess it doesn't show up because this is a clean install of 10586, not an upgrade from 10240.

I tried cmd line method. It showed it went ok in cmd line. But update history shows
Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3122947)
    Failed to install on 05/12/2015.
If Update History shows it has failed to install, then don't waste you time going to Programs and Features > View installed updates.
View installed updates windows will show only those that are successfully installed. Those that failed will NOT be listed there.

I wouldn't be too concerned about unable to install KB3122947.
    Let Microsoft sort things out.
I have one laptop 64-bit successfully installed the update.
I have another laptop 32-bit not even getting the update from Windows Update. So far, I am using this laptop without any issues.

Did it as recommended via Command Prompt Admin

    Went via program and features
View installed updates and it brings up KB3122947 as installed on 05/12/2015
    So it does show up

Under THAT screen all failed updates WILL show, we were NOT talking about THAT screen under "Update and Security" screen. What we were talking about is under your Programs and Features screen IN control panel.
These are TWO different screens, even if kb3122947 shows failed, in Update and Security Screen, AFTER being installed successfully it DOES show installed successfully in our Programs and feature screen.
    Look for yourself. :)

It will show up under Programs and Features ONLY if it was installed successfully.
You said that yourself......AFTER being installed successfully it DOES show installed successfully in our Programs and feature screen.

And I said if it was NOT installed successfully, it will NOT show up in Programs and Features.
Seems to me we are in agreement on that. Are we ?

Not EVERYONE was successful using the cmd method.

Seems like you don't want to admit that all of us that did it that way was successful in doing so.
