I installed Windows 10 threshold 2 Pro 10586 -1511 version! I dont' know why but i will like to know why i'm still in .17? It's because i have the french version of Windows 10 maybe?

found this on a random forum and it worked
you have to run CMD as an admin though: dism /online /add-package /packagepath:C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\c4a1b8896ce9fbfea96c1ee6890d52a5\windows10.0-kb3122947-x64.cab

You have to download the update first.
The command does not download the .cab file for you.
