Windows 10 v1511 build 10586 download error

When I tried to download the Windows 10 update, the download stopped at 19% and I got th status as error. I was howeer unable to determine the error type. Please help determine the issue and a fix for the same.

Is the link for version 1511? I aleady have Win 10 Home installed.
