November 1511 update Won't install on Windows 10 Pro 64

I having issues installing this new update released. After it reboots i get PAGE_FAULT blue screen error then goes back to prior state. I searched & tried using the media tool as this update in windows os. All went fine then same error when it rebooted. Seems this update not working. I tried it on laptop with home edition installed ok.

Seems this update a mistake & tried this several times.

You said that you get "PAGE_FAULT blue screen error" when rebooting. In that case what is this screenshot you attached to your message? Where did you get it and what does it have to do with the issue?

This pic from the media tool i tried to use, Make a DVD. It seems this is the next version of windows 10. It wont install I checked the update in windows 10 today & nothing there now just the windows defender updates. Microsoft took it off I had friends here locally had the same issue also. I am using version 10.0.10240 as the 1511 not available now through the update.

Well, you said something about some "PAGE_FAULT". The picture you posted does not say anything about any PAGE_FAULT. So, where did the PAGE_FAULT come from?

Meanwhile, the picture you posited depicts a rather widely reported "SAFE_OS BOOT" error. It typically happens when you are attempting to upgrade a drive that was prepared by drive-cloning software (like HDD-to-SSD cloning/transfer tool - Paragon Software HDD-to-SSD, for one example). I had the same error and I found no workaround for it, besides deleting all partitions from the SSD and doing a clean install.
