Continuing from post #57 above...
After the download in Windows Update which took 2 hours, from click on update to the time it fully installs, it took 1.5 hours and upon the install finishing, the system was already at 10586.14 as seen here:
Windows Update only shows the following update which it installed and required a reboot:
Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688)
All my settings were intact, the only things I have noticed after thoroughly checking the system was that the already installed apps being ASUS Welcome and Calculator were not installed even though it was on the Start Menu so I had to install them from Store.
The upgrade seems to have gotten rid of Intel Rapid Storage Technology v12.9.4.1000 WHQL which is the newest version that works with my system that was installed in 10240 RTM. Program Directory and it's files no longer exist in C:\Program Files\Intel\Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology, Kept displaying the following when I tried to uninstall it with Programs and Features or just by clicking the name:
The fix was deleting all keys with Rapid Storage Technology in it which didn't work as deleting the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Intel\Setup$ key worked.
Tried to reinstall and the installer claimed it was installed but it's not anywhere on the system. Intel RST is a discontinued product.
The Realtek HD Audio Sound Manager v6.0.1.7667 had everything the same including the Default Format except the saved equalizer settings were no longer there as the equalizer basically resetted to defaults.
Copy to Folder & Move To Folder was missing from right click menu.
The other issue I have is the Registry Editor now would hang and stop responding causing it to restart once it hits a certain key which is a common issue with others as seen in the forums here. Other than that, everything else is working well.
