Read the following and you'll know why some of us will not see the update, at least for me, my last Windows 10 in-place upgrade install was on October 26, 2015 so another 13 days.
How to Force Windows 10 Threshold 2 to Show Up in Windows Update - Softpedia
Here is the setup in plain english
- Go To: Tech Bench
- Scroll down to to where you are asked what Bit OS you want. Make sure to select this carfully.
- Select Windows 10 in the second list, nothing else.
- The ISO will download (It takes 15-3 hours depending on your connection)
- Mount the ISO and run setup.exe
- Make sure to download latest updates.
- After it is done the next screen will ask you what you want to keep, just click next (Make sure to close out of everything!!!)
- Your computer will install the fall update, once complete login :)
As of yesterday, Microsoft has pulled build 10586 (the fall update). It is no longer available on today's Media Creation Tool or Tech Bench download websites and it stopped coming up in Windows Update a couple days before that.
Any reasons for pulling mentioned? I have the update and am having a few glitches.
