Can apps and office update through windows update?

Hi,

I am having trouble accessing MS app store and also updating office 2016 through any of the office applications.

My question is, will win 10 apps and office 2016 default update through windows update?

Apps are updated through the Store. Microsoft Office is updated through Windows Update.

Office "Click To Run" is updated through Office itself, other versions of Office are updated through Windows update. If you have no option in Office to update then Windows update should be taking care of it.
