This link you provided I checked it. It gives a direct link to the iso. Maybe I can download the iso again from here. Would that be Ok if I download the iso from this link and burn it to another DVD?
Just to confirm I selected Windows 10 Single Language on this link. Then I chose English International. I am allowed to choose any language right? Then 64 bit edition.
I believe that's your best and quickest choice considering you have limited time at the moment. I've never done SL edition but would guess English International is your best choice to start with.

From your display of the Window 8 activation, I see English but can't distinguish that from English (US), English (UK), or English International. I'm only taking an educated guess that you have English International.

EDIT: It looks like you may need to also update WIndows 8 to Windows 8.1 before proceeding with the WIn10 upgrade ? or not? - However, you DID say in your first post factory installed Windows 8.1 - so I'm operating under the assumption for now that your ONLY problem is getting the correct iso edition burned and running upgrade from that.

I had selected English (India) while configuring the windows post factory reset.
Yes it is 8.1 you can confirm it from the screenshot it says 8.1 below the windows edition section.

Ah! OK, sorry I missed that! OK, so only question is download of ISO edition correctly and burn to DVD - so, English (India) was not a choice, as opposed to English International?

EDIT: OK, just checked the TechBench link myself and see sub-choices are only "English" and "English International". I think the choice among those two is strictly up to you and shouldn't impact the upgrade as long as the edition is indeed "Windows 10 Single Language".

    Ok thanks a lot. :)
Currently downloading the English International version. On this connection it will take a lot of time. Will let you know once its downloaded.
A normal burn to a dvd would be sufficient or this thing needs something else?

I'm fairly sure the iso size is approximately 3GB and should fit on a standard DVD. Also, you can simply mount the iso from within Windows and browse to and run the setup.exe for upgrade rather than burning a DVD and using that. See Step 6 here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2...ion.html#step6

However, if you've burned that iso to a DVD, you can then boot from it for clean install if you want to do that later.

P.S. Understood that you're 9.5 hours ahead of me and it may be some time before your return - so let us know how it went.

Sorry, I had to leave town for some urgent work. I have not yet downloaded the .iso, I will start now. Will let you know once its downloaded.
I had shut down the earlier download.
