This update includes improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10.
As Microsoft has stated before, it doesn't intend to publish detailed changelogs for Windows 10 updates unless they contain significant feature additions or changes. However, according to a video published on YouTube by one user, the update appears to be related to "ESET Smart Security protocols." As an additional note, the update isn't yet appearing on machines running the latest Windows Insider build, so it's possible that this is pushing out to non-Insiders only.
In any case, you should be able to pull the update — which clocks in at a hefty 226MB for 32-bit users and 505MB for 64-bit — through Windows Update now.

Installed smoothly. However with every update feels like a ticking bomb

In case you haven't noticed, Insider builds don't get ANY cumulative updates. They get new builds. Also, the size of the downloads depends on how up-to-date Windows is. If the previous cumulative update was installed, the new one is relatively small. Only the updates needed are downloaded. This is important for those on metered connections.

+1 Looks to be the case all the entries in the update history in Insider tewst bild 10547 ( here) are "Definition Update for Windows Defender" although I wouldent be surpised if Windows doesent try to sneak up an updated driver now and then which has happend before .

I have one non-defender update and that was to flash in one of my insider 10547 builds. The other two 10547's I am running apparently did not need the flash update. We will catch up to the latest cumulative update fixes in the next new build. It appears that mainstream and insider builds leap-frog each other with insiders getting features first and mainstreamers getting fixes first.

The only update that really futzed me was KB3081441, it totally bricked my PC. Whatever problems it caused seem to have been superseded in KB3093266.
    hi
    what do you mean ?
KB3081441 gives you lots of problems but you was able to go back with a restore point and you could fix KB3081441

and KB3093266 does cause the same problems to you , doesn't it?
or KB3093266 does fix the KB3081441 issues

    sorry for my poor english
    thanks

I didn't mention anything about "disapear", but all I did was check for updates again and restarted & this time it actually installed with a "%" running on the screen ....
with ALL previous fails it never did that.
