Yes, of course I run it as admin, you can see it on the top of the Cmd window.
Um...sorry, I can't find the dash that I missed. Actually I copy pasted, so I think all the commands are fine.
    Here are the new screenshots:

Thanks to you for posting the pictures. Now that i see, i think the powershell command actually passed without errors! About that 582 error on DISM; i will search for information about that. BRB soon with information!

    That's right, powrshell is fine.
The problem with the illegal character is generally what I think causes the whole problem.
    Thanks again.

    Hello everybody,
I´m facing the exact same problem right now. Trying out the steps mentioned by hexagon12 produces the same error code 582, and the sfc scan also doesn´t start. Thank you for trying to solve the problem and feel free to ask if you need some more information!

    Edit:
It looks like the error occurs since the 29th of August, every Windows update in the update history after this date shows an installation error. Only the Windows Defender updates are working...

I've read somewhere that this error is caused when some file related to the Windows Update inside Windows registry is corrupted, and Is mostly caused by cleaners (like CCleaner [that I use and will stop when solve this issue]); btw I've tried all that ** Microsoft forums tell you to do (troubleshooting blablabla) and nothing happened. Im with you OP, this problem is eating my brains out, Im almost formatting my PC since I cant get Windows Update to work

I am almost certain that this is the cause if the problem. I used ccleaner right before the problem occurred. The weird thing is that I restored the registry files after that with no luck.
Anyway...the problem now is here to stay and I have tried everything I could find online with no luck.
I am currently trying to reset my pc and keep my files. That also fails as there is an error message while features and drivers are installed. For now, a full format looks like the only thing that will work.
Considering that this is my only pc, that is impossible for now.

Same, I cant format my PC right now as this is the only one I got, I tried all possible solutions and walkthroughs but none of them worked, and I cant even repair the PC, as I click and nothing happens

I decided to format and now I'm setting up my laptop again.
Everything is fine, except two days that I have to waste to install and set up everything again.
