I have added the download as shown on my computer for your perusal. It shows up as Unconfirmed53039 and if I click on it, it opens notepad. The bat file is the rego fix you suggested.

Looks like I fixed it, I brought up the CMD and run as administrator and cut and pasted the notepad doc and ran it from there, seems to work ok after reboot. Wow what a monumental affair this has been, my update page looks like it should.

That is a text file does not belong to me the file you should have downloaded is "Fix_Some_Settings_Are_Managed_By_Your_Organization_Bug.bat" when you double click a text file it will open with Notepad.

When you click the below link you get a download site on my Google Drive for the batch script but for some how you download a completely different file with different file name and with different file extension why you are the only one acomplish this and no one else have not.

when I click on the download progression I get the following 2 screens. the google error screen when I click on the blue batch file.
I hope my explanation makes sense.

Just for information, I found out why I was having problems enabling secure boot, my partitioning was MBR and not GPT, so I got easus partition master and changed it over without data loss. My computer is now fully compatible for windows 11 when and if I decide to upgrade.
