The logs from 11/03 to 11/07 did not report unexpected shutdowns and restarts.
For computer mouse / cursor or sluggishness problems try clean boot:

Thanks, but that would be difficult to use because the sluggishness happens very rarely, maybe once by hour.
I could not work in safe mode that long, too many things are missing.

Safe mode is very different from clean boot.
Clean boot can run without change in display, etc.
Analogy:
Normal boot is like entering a dark room and flipping a light switch which turns on all appliances.
Clean boot is like entering a dark room and having to turn appliances on one at a time.
A computer can run in normal, selective, or clean boot indefinitely.
It's to reduce processes > monitor change in performance
