error (0x80070643), but problem not what Windows says
I just got my desktop ready for W11 by enabling TPM 2.0. After this Win 10 needed an update and failed. The error shown is (0x80070643). It asked to try again and did so 3 X, even after reboot. In the page presented by Microsoft for this error it states that the problem is the " update requires 250 MB of free space in the recovery partition" (and it says how to do so). But this is not the problem at all since there is more than twice the needed space in the recovery partition. However, now I am wondering if the problem is actually because my system seems to have 2 recovery partitions. See image below.
