error (0x80070643), but problem not what Windows says

I just got my desktop ready for W11 by enabling TPM 2.0. After this Win 10 needed an update and failed. The error shown is (0x80070643). It asked to try again and did so 3 X, even after reboot. In the page presented by Microsoft for this error it states that the problem is the " update requires 250 MB of free space in the recovery partition" (and it says how to do so). But this is not the problem at all since there is more than twice the needed space in the recovery partition. However, now I am wondering if the problem is actually because my system seems to have 2 recovery partitions. See image below.
    Win 10 Pro: ver 10.0.19045 Build 19045
MB: ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) Rev X.0x

    run
    C:\Windows\System32>
    reagentc /disable
    diskpart
    sel disk 3
    sel par 5
    delete partition override
    sel par 4
    extend
    shrink minimum=1025
    create partition primary
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Recovery"
    set id="de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac"
    gpt attributes=0x8000000000000001
    exit
    reagentc /enable

@Pentagon all you had said was "And just consider that you get another Recovery Partition, so that you have 3 and an unallocated space of 525 MB afterwards"

Now if I understand correctly what you are telling me to do is to run an elevated command prompt
    and then type in
    reagentc /disable
    then press ENTER key
    diskpart
    then ENTER
    sel disk 3
    then ENTER
    sel par 5
    then ENTER
    delete partition override
    then ENTER
    sel par 4
    then ENTER
    extend
    then ENTER
    shrink minimum=1025
    then ENTER
    create partition primary
    then ENTER
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Recovery"
    then ENTER
    set id="de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac"
    then ENTER
    gpt attributes=0x8000000000000001
    then ENTER
    exit
    then ENTER
    reagentc /enable
    then ENTER
    ready
    then ENTER and close CMD
    Is this correct?

    YES, it is correct

But it doesn't do anything with the 1st Recovery-Partition. That can't be done by diskpart commands. It allows you to install the KB5034441.

    If you add
    diskpart
    sel disk 3
    sel par 1
    set id=ebd0a0a2-b9e5-4433-87c0-68b6b72699c7
    gpt attributes=0x0000000000000000
    exit

the first partition isn't a Recovery any more

If after those commands the first partition isn't a Recovery any more does this mean that the given space of that 1st partition goes elsewhere? And does it also mean that the 2nd recovery partition becomes the only recovery partition (hence becoming the first and only)?

The space is not lost, but too small to use it. Don't delete it.

The 2nd Recovery becomes the only one and will be active and allows an update

    @Pentagon after doing this:
    reagentc /enable
    then ENTER
    ready
------------now, with the last entry "ready" I received the following message:
"ready" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"
My cmd is still open waiting for your reply prior to closing it

Good job and looks good and is as expected.
    diskpart
    sel disk 3
    sel par 1
    set id=ebd0a0a2-b9e5-4433-87c0-68b6b72699c7
    gpt attributes=0x0000000000000000
    exit

    After Win Update
    run this command
    C:\Windows\System32>

    Dism /Get-ImageInfo /ImageFile:\\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk3\partition5\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim /index:1

    to verify the WinRE-Update

    Build Nr. should be 3920

and you could mark this thread as solved
