Windows 10 Update stucks at 99%

The actual W10 Update (No Version available, no upgrade to 11) stucks after installing and reboot and further installing for 10 hours at 99%.
No animation of its typical circle.
    Seems to be freezed.
I shut Laptop down with hard reset and no changes happened after this reboot.
    What can i do?? 😒

    Restart Your Device:

Sometimes a simple restart can help.

After restarting, try updating your device again.

    Check Disk Space:

Ensure that you have enough local disk space to accommodate the update. If your disk is nearly full, consider freeing up some space before attempting the update.

    Wait it out:

Sometimes the update process takes longer than expected. If the progress has been stuck at 99%, give it some time (around 4 to 7 hours) to see if it eventually completes. (You’ve already done this).

    Disconnect from the Internet:

If you’re updating through Windows Update and the download reaches 99%, try disconnecting from the internet (either LAN or Wi-Fi) and then proceed with the installation.

    Run Windows Update Troubleshooter:

Open the Start menu and select the settings icon.

    Click on Update & Security.

Choose Troubleshoot from the left pane.

    Additional troubleshooters.

Windows Update – Run the troubleshooter.

Boot into Recovery, and uninstall the update.

You have such an odd way of thanking the people who are trying to help you for free. If the advice didn't help you could have simply explained why, and I would have suggested a different fix.

And by the way, we are all volunteers here, this is not a paid service.

Now that a new fix has been suggest by another member, hopefully you will know how to boot into recovery and uninstall the update yourself.

Your criticism implies you cannot now boot to Windows. This is not clear in your first post, which implies you can, and you were installing an update.

Do you mean that after the update failure, you cannot now boot to Windows?

That lack of clarity is what seems to have led to you not understanding the response in post #2.

Now, when you created your first post, the forum prompted you for your full build number e.g. 19045.4129

If you can boot to Windows, then use
    winver

Then look at your Update History and report which update was being attempted.

If you can't, then when you've booted from a bootable disk browse to your Windows folder and get the build number from explorer.exe as an approximation.

Sorry, but it not just clear, it is very clear what the situation is.

    1. actual W10 Update
    2. stucks after installing and reboot

More clearance is (almost) not possible!

Beside that the TS could find out easily how to launch the Recovery Environment. If he really wants.
More complicated is it to remove updates with a pending status using dism-commands
