Windows 10 downloading 11 Update without my permission!

I am using Windows 10 on a very old laptop. I have already made the decision to stay on Windows 10.

When I went to my Windows Update it has started downloading Windows 11 22H2. How can I stop this download? Currently I have disabled Windows Update service.

I read something about a registry hack to add TargetedVersion key but W10 & W11 both seem to be 22H2

If you read @Brink's tutorial, the proper reg file defines both a target Version [W10] and Release [22H2].
