Any way to delete results of Windows 11 update check?

I had a problem with a new motherboard and had to return it for a replacement (same brand and model). I usually disable TMP in the BIOS to keep Windows 11 at bay. Unfortunately, the Trusted Computing setting isn't available in the BIOS before booting into Windows. By the time I waited for everything Windows 10 was doing in response to the replacement motherboard, PC Health had already checked and determined that everything meets 11 requirements. When I reran PC Health Check after disabling TPM, it apparently just picked up on the original check and still declared the PC OK for 11. I want to do away with that original check. Anybody know if it can be done and, if it can, how?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your post, but the BIOS TPM setting (PTT for Intel boards), is part of the BIOS... it doesn't matter what operating system you have. It should be available even with NO operating system installed.

    From your manual...

The results of the system checks for compatibility with a potential OS upgrade are held in the registry at:
    \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\TargetVersionUpgradeExperienceIndicators

You may find one or more keys here, those with names like 21H2 are checks for Windows 10, the current Windows 11 checks start with 'NI...' to distinguish them from the W10 ones, for example NI23H2 is for Windows 11 version 23H2 (code name Nickel). The initial release of W11 21H2 has a key name of CO21H2 (code name Cobalt). It is safe to delete any of these test results keys, a new one will be created at the next check. But do NOT delete the UNV key (if present) that one seems to be required for any further checks to run correctly.
