I launched the .bat file from below but the error continues

Run as administrator. (Right click then choose run as administrator)

Run options 2, then 3 then 13

NOTE: You must run this tool in safe mode. If you can't use safe mode or don't want to use safe mode make sure that you switch off your router and reboot before running the tool. That way it ensures that an update check is not in progress.

If you have any security software or antivirus programs running then exit those.
