OK, Partition 2 is your current Recovery
So the space of Partition 6 (15 GB) can be added to (D:) Partition 5 (542 GB) ==> 557 GB

This can be done right now
    C:\Windows\System32>

    diskpart
    sel disk 0
    sel par 6
    delete Partition override
    sel par 5
    extend
    exit

You are ready and check the result in Diskmanager

The rest will be a compromise. I check and find a solution by tomorrow

    means:
    1) Run the WinRE.wim treatment outside Partition 2 and transfer it back to (2)
    or
    2) we shrink the C-Partition by 1 GB and place the Recovery after (C:)
    or
    3) We can also delete Partition (3) (MSR) and add the space to your current recovery. MSR needs only 16 MB

    But before we decide run:

    Dism /Get-ImageInfo /ImageFile:\\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk0\partition2\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim /index:1

to find out how old your current WinRE.wim is. Very old ones can't be updated and needs to be replaced first.

You are in the same time zone. So let me know what is the best time to do it tomorrow. We both have to be online, so that we can comunicate because I don't want to wait for each response 2 days.

    Ready with step 1 ?
    takes only 2 minutes!
    Dism command output ?
    takes only 1 minute

Ok, so I've run it and now this the new disk management situation: After 3 months since KB5034441 was released, it still won't install-device-management-2.png

Sorry, I had to go afk for some important stuff. Also I wasn't thinking you were waiting for an immediate reply.

    OK 16:00
We go this way in the Partition-Layout

    {System | MSR | Recovery | Windows}

One thing is strange: You have 628 MB free space on your Recovery Partition and it is still not updating!

    Run:
    reagentc /disable

wait for 20 seconds and check if the winre.wim is there:

Ok, perfect. So, at 4 p.m. tomorrow I'll write here and mention you so that you notice the notification. Ok?

As to the 628 MB free space, I noticed it too and I too find it strange. Anyway, we'll see tomorrow if all gets fixed.

It's not there. I've made sure "show hidden files" is enabled but winre.wim is not there.

    Your Dism-output looks also strange.
    Service pack build 16384
    several language packs

Be prepared that we have to exchange it and download the last Media Creation Tool

    reagentc /enable
    wait 10 seconds
    reagentc /disable

I've seen your pdf attachement. But there's no WIN10_19045 folder in my pc, neither in C: nor in D:

    - - - Updated - - -

Is that WIN10_19045 folder created by Media Creation Tool?

WIN10_19045 is from my PC and my example. Now you can see at least the steps to be done for a replacement.
Download MCT Copy the ISO to (D:) and make sure that you have 7z

    Still now WinRE.wim here?
    C:\Windows\System32\Recovery

See you tomorrow at 4 p.m.

Ok, so MCT is creating the ISO right now. Shall I extract the iso once it's completed?
