KB5032189 not applicable to build 19045.3570

As per wazuh's vulnerability alerts ("CVE-2023-36397 affects Windows 10"), I was trying to update KB5032189 for build ( 10.0.19045.3570) but keep failing to do so. Error attached.
I have tried doing the following below:
    - SFC/DISM (restore/health), chkdsk
    - windows troubleshooting for updates
    - event viewer logs (which doesn't show any error)
    - Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Security and Maintenance\Reliability Monitor (which doesn't show any error)
    - tried updating KB5031356 which produced the same error as attached for KB5032189
Ran out of ideas. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    KB5032189 Windows 10 Cumulative Update Build 19045.3693 (22H2)

Hi, this is a relatively old update - November 14, 2023: your build number 19045.3570 dates to Oct 10 '23.

Why are you attempting to apply an old update manually?

You could simply use Windows Update in the usual way.

Note: the tenforums News threads per updates provide links to those updates below the main text. Try using one of those.
However, manually downloading rather than using Windows Update means you get a much larger download file.

Note: as you have Pro you might like to know - if you don't already- you can
    - set updates to 'Notify' in Group Policy so you have control

    - block Preview updates using Group Policy

    Hi Dalchina,
I tried updating via the usual windows update but that didn't work out. So i thought how about updating the OS build instead. As then, I wouldn't need to worry about this old KB.
I ended up using another win 10 ISO file (which was created not long ago) and then performed an update. With a newer OS build (10.0.19045.3930), the old KB is not an issue anymore.
Thank you for both the advise and tip. Its really helpful!
