    You can create MR's boot disk (on another PC) and then boot your PC from that and so create a disk image or restore one.

    That applies to any such disk imaging program should you prefer another.

    Naturally you need a large enough external disk for your image file (or files). You should image at least all the partitions comprising your O/S.

    Thank you for your help, we have successfully increased the C:\ memory of 8,5 Go and it should last at least one or two years, given the way we use this computer.
