Windows 10 doesn't download updates and gives me error 0x800703f1

So I'll explain what's wrong. I installed my Windows 10 and everything was going smoothly. It has installed 2 updates from the day I've installed it and everything was ok. Recently updates KB3081448 and KB3081449 came out but it doesn't want to download them. Instead it gives me error 0x800703f1. My drivers are up to date and my PC is clean from viruses. Any ideas on how could I fix this?

EDIT: I also tried installing them manually. It failed after step 2 of the installation...

Well, MS isn't yet offering too much on troubleshooting 10 yet, you can type 'troubleshooting' into your search on your computer, and select:

Also, if that doesn't work, do one of these: SFC /SCANNOW Command - Run in Windows 8 - works for windows 10 too.

Ok I'm trying the troubleshooting part. It seems that it got stuck on "Starting Bits service". Is it supposed to take long?

Sometimes. But I would think it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes...

It will tell you if it fails to start.

It's been running for about 10 minutes now. Is it safe to cancel it?

It is failing at starting a service? Than yea, just restart the computer after you close the tutorial. Try the second part now (you should follow the tutorial exactly, probably recommend using option 2 by scrolling down)

Ok tried sfc. I got an error saying "Windows Resource Protection perform the requested operation."

Then you need to scroll down till you see a note explaining how to do a DISM fix under option 2. After that, do the sfc scan again after a restart

Ok so now a new error has popped up when I was doing the DISM repairs (this is getting annoying xD ). Error: 1009 "The configuration registry database is corrupt." It said that it created a log file. I looked at it and there's a LOT of information there.
