Hello, the forum prompted you to specify your full build number e.g. 19045.3570.
Please post a screenshot of your Update History which hopefully shows the failing update.
Which of these have you done?

Thank you.
Thanks for your reply... but you haven't responded to 2 important points so that is just delaying things for you. Your choice.
Not responding like this deters other who might contribute. I.e. why should they spend their (free) time?
Given that- I'll simply suggest these generic ideas, then, as I know nothing about the state of your PC:
You can try
Reset Windows Update in Windows 10
If no improvement:
a. Check your disk (Hard Disk Sentinel is excellent - includes SSDs).
b. If ok, run chkdsk c: /scan from an admin command prompt and check it passes.
c. if ok, proceed to an in-place upgrade repair install. Tutorial available.
Good luck.
Have you tried resetting the update components?
Open cmd prompt/powershell with admin & enter:
Net Stop bits
Net Stop wuauserv
Net Stop appidsvc
Net Stop cryptsvc
Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore DataStore.bak
Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download Download.bak
Ren %Systemroot%\System32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"
Net Start bits
Net Start wuauserv
Net Start appidsvc
Net Start cryptsvc
Restart the PC & try updating again.
And/or:
Search for services.msc & find Windows Update & ensure it is set to Automatic.
I confess that I'm still learning how to use the forum, and I ask my friends to have a little patience in relation to this, but I thank and recognize the efforts of all the people willing to help me.

I did all the procedures, but the errors persist. Thank you!

error message: Some update files are missing or have problems. we will try to download the update again later Error code: (0x80073712)
The next would be an in-place repair:
Download the media creation tool, run this & choose install. Ensure keep everything/keep apps & files is automatically selected & continue with the install.
Some update files are missing or have problems. we will try to download the update again later Error code: (0x80073712)
These two updates stopped Windows Update, a direct error.

The way was to format the PC. Thank you for the support.

Yes that would work. I certainly would’ve tried the repair first though as often this fixes the same problems a reinstall would.
Glad the problem is resolved.
