    Do I need activate key when I change version Windows 10 from PL on EN. After uninstall system and install another version from ISO?

    No, not if your Windows 10 says that it is activated. Your PC will have a digital licence for the edition that's installed (Home or Pro) stored on Microsoft's activation servers and linked to the unique hardware ID of the PC. As long as you install the same edition as before it will activate from this existing digital licence as soon as it can contact the activation servers. The licence doesn't care what language you install, just the edition, Home or Pro.
