The you can use the Clean install procedure to reinstall Windows 10 Pro without needing any Product Key at all.
A Product Key must have been used to achieve that original activation and your technician should have passed it on to you.

Good news!
OK. This is my plan then, since I neither have a Win10 Pro DVD or USB right now I plan on using the "Reset PC" option & wipe everything.
So it is correct I don't need a activation key to do that.
Quotes Denis "The you can use the Clean install procedure to reinstall Windows 10 Pro without needing any Product Key at all".
That is correct, a Reset does not require or ask for a key. It will remove all software that did not come with Windows. Full instructions in this tutorial:
Reset Windows 10
Your PC is activated with a digital license for Pro that is stored on the Microsoft activation servers and linked to the unique hardware ID of the PC. This means you could, if you wish, do a clean install of Pro and skip entering key when asked. It will activate from the existing digital license as soon as it can contact the activation servers.
Thanks I'm going to give it a go.

Well I'm back & no matter what I tried nothing works!! I've been @ this for 2hrs with several retrys.
My motherboard is a ASUS ROG STRIX 690-E WIFI.
It uses/has Secure Boot
It uses the UEFI structure ??
Could any of this be a problem though I highly doubt it.
This is what I got.
I even tried the guide from here.
