I need a big help, I cant install to the latest update (KB5027215)

As the title says, I cant finish the update installing to my pc. Whenever I restart, it takes a century to open again...
I'm very confused and angry about that.. the fact that Win10 after 20H2, I can say, had always a dozen of that type of problems.

I have tried to:
stop/restart the update service,
Run an sfc /scannow (my pc just crashed)

..nothing really helped.
So, any ideas ?

Best to block it and ignore it for now.
