    Driver Update stopping login

After driver update the login gets stuck on a blue screen asking "Choose if you want to keep signing in with your face or fingerprint". I never set up this sign in. Windows 10

Do you get the option NOT to comply? Have you tried force shutting down the machine?

Have you tried using a System Restore point? (And yes, you can do that without logging in - see tutorials e.g.)
I have one created daily on schedule (Tutorial available). Always try to prepare for the unexpected.

How did you update the drivers? If with a 3rd party tool, that is NOT recommended as results can be unpredictable.

There's no good reason to specifically go looking for driver updates unless something isn't working. Can cause unnecessary pain.

I did not get an option not to reply. It gets me two options one is to set up my own login but regardless of which option I choose I can't enter it. I have restarted my computer multiple times.

I have not been able to leave the screen to find a restore point.

You can boot your PC from a Win 10 install disk and via the advanced startup options navigate to System Restore.

That's what I was hinting at- you don't HAVE to log in or boot normally to do that. (Tutorial available).

Click on the No answers each time.
The words used by MS are ridiculous. What they mean is, "No, do not change how I sign in.".

    I don't have a windows 10 install disc.

I have tried select no change but the enter button on the bottom right is blank and doesn't activate.

When starting up we can briefly access the home screen if we hit shift, restart it takes us to a screen where we can chose troubleshoot then choose uninstall quality updates. This restores my computer but if I shutdown and restart it wants to automatically reinstall the Windows updates. Reinstalling the Windows update creates the original problem. Is there an option to stop it from updating Windows?

You can freely create one using the MS media creation tool. Tutorial available.

If you don't have another PC, you could beg/borrow one..

    Driver updates can be disabled
    - completely
    - for a specific item of hardware
    Tutorials available.

    Other methods are available.

    Next problem?

    You can make one.
1 Download the ISO - use one of the sources identified in Download Windows 10 ISO File -TenForumsTutorials [one of them, the MS MCT tool, achieves both steps 1 & 2]
2 You will only ever need to consider making an InstallUSB [or DVD] if you want to run a clean install [or to carry out specific repairs such as Startup repairs] - Create Bootable Installation USB - TenForumsTutorials
    3 For info -

Clean Install - TenForumsTutorials and, in preparation for one, consider Backup and Restore Device Drivers - TenForumsTutorials

I have never seen or heard of that fault before.
I don't know if there is any solution short of a clean install.
Personally, I'd try reinstalling the display driver which I would download from the computer maker.

You could reset WU which might well wipe the current update.
