Part 1 is done, now going to try dism.

EDIT: Part 2 is also done KB3081448 fails with error code 8007000d-snip.png. Is there any more ways to solve my problem? If none of the solutions work, I will have to re-install Windows.(but i'm not thinking about that now :)). Is there any professionals in this forum?

Run SFC again (since DISM fixed it) after a restart. You could attempt to run the update troubleshooter again.

Failing any of that, you could attempt a refresh: Refresh Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

Past that is beyond my expertise. Best of luck. Perhaps someone will be along soon to offer advice.

I guess the title says what my problem is. So, I finaly got to install KB3081444 without any issues, and now, this update is doing infinite restarts on Windows Update. I tried:

    1. Installing from offline downloaded installer - the same error code.
    2. Did DISM, both commands failed.
    3. SFC says no issues.

Windows Update files will be shortly.
I used the WHDownloader utility to manually download the msu file for that update, but I actually held off because all of the updates numbered KB3081441-1449 have been suspect in one machine or other. I installed 1449 with no problem but I have heard of issues with 1448, but 1448 is a much larger and more expansive update.

NoelDP, is Windows 10 log files not enough to solve this??
Oh, sorry. I ran PowerShell without elevation. Whoops! Ran the command and it did work. But tried again the offline installer and it failed again. Also, Files:CBS.zip I think you need those files?...

SFC found and fixed 4 problems.
As far as I can tell you appear to have used incorrect syntax in the DISM command (the wrong drive letter).
Beyond that I have no real ideas

So, after quite some time, I backed up my computer files, and REINSTALLED to Windows 7.

Thank you very much, who tried to solve my problem.

    Also, another problem.
When Win7 booted for the first time, it is just like this everytime.

    1. Shows POST.
    2. Win7 loads, but it's stuck on Starting Windows...

Any ideas about that? Also, I KNOW, this is Win10 forums, i should post this on Win7 forums, but i don't know in which subforum i should post this.

SOunds like maybe a driver problem - try booting to Safe mode, then checking Device Manage.

LOL - Even Safe Mode doesn't load, no files are being loaded. It just says Loading Windows Files. Please wait...
Surely that's not a hard drive problem, because it worked fine on Win10, just now this is doing something.

EDIT: Windows 7 isn't stuck on boot, because I can just Ctrl+Alt+Del and it will reboot.
