Could try the old MS troubleshooter - type troubleshooting into your computer search, and select: KB3081448 fails with error code 8007000d-untitled.png

Also, Try doing the SFC bit again, this time at boot, but follow the tutorial exactly. Scroll down to do the DISM bit again as well (it can't hurt) all in cmd prompt: SFC /SCANNOW Command - Run in Windows 8

The MS troubleshooter did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I will try to run SFC and DISM, and i will post the results after i'm done.
Also, did you see my SFC.zip?

I just took a look, and it didn't tell me anything. An expert would probably have more luck there, though. I only know so much. Let me know how it goes...

    Hello,

I reinstalled two days ago windows 10.
KB3081448 is just starting to download today at 1h20 am.
It's a patch people could download on August 28.

I read this topic, i hope i will not have the same problem than you,
I wanted to stop it but it's impossible to disable this downloading.

And why is it downloading today and not two days ago ?

edit: resolved, installed without errors, just few seconds ago.

I hope you will find a fix for this problem :)

@Elbern, sometimes updates will be pulled and re-released after fixed if they had problems, though I'm not sure about that one. If someone is having problems with updates, it is not always the particular update at fault. For example, your computer itself could be having issues with installing all updates. Or a particular update you've installed may cause problems when it conflicts with other parts of your computer, for which Microsoft will often issue a fix at some point in time.

But make no mistake, updates are a must (for security, stability, and/or speed). Some people will wait for a little bit before installing an update to make sure Microsoft took care of any issues with it, but best practice is to (eventually) install them. I have all updates to this point on my computers, and they are good/without problem. Which means only a minority of people will experience a problem. Remember, MS will issue a fix if their updates are not working as intended. If your computer has problems updating at all or you have any sort of issue there, well... that's why we're here for!
