    Uninstall KB5022906 Windows 10 bld. 19045.2673

OK did a stupid thing in my fatigue. I downloaded and installed KB5022906 not realizing it was the insider CUM and I really don't want to be there. I searched for uninstalling an update and came up dry. I'd like to go back to before this lame move of mine. I have a MR system image from before this month's Patch Tuesday and I guess I could try my first attempt at using the SI for a restore, but if there's some way to just remove the above KB with something I'd prefer that path. Suggestions please.

It is basically just a pre release of the next months normal security update.
Installing it does not put you into the Insider program or anything like that.
As long as it isn't causing any issues for you I wouldn't stress out about it.
It will correct itself in a few weeks when the March monthly update comes out.

    peace

I asked because suddenly the system locks up for a prolonged time when launching FireFox v.110.0 or CCleaner. The HDD "C" drive goes 100% utilization for 5-10 minutes. It could be a new version of FF or CCleaner too. Still troubleshooting and looking at options.

Just a FUP on this. Thanks for the help on uninstalling the KB. My real issue was the C drive would randomly get 100% utilized and it would take many minutes for any key input to get responded to. It would look like the system had frozen. Before removing the update, I was eventually able to see the TM display while the problem was going on and it looked like no applications were consuming the drive. After removing the update, the problem seems to have gone away.
