Cannot Stop Certain Updates Repeatedly Showing

On one of my Fujitsu machines I am getting certain non Windows updates repeatedly showing. I have tried to instal them and they say installed but reliability history shows failed. As they keep repeatedly appearing in Windows Updates I have temporarily stopped Windows Updates. Other "normal" windows updates were installed yesterday with no problem.
Isn't there an option in device manager or somewhere similar that can stop Windows from updating Intel stuff as I thinkthe correct drivers are already installed. Thanks.

Choose Advanced options.

Under Choose how updates are installed, choose the options that you want, including checking OFF the Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows

I am also having the same problem with driver updates via Windows Update, and this one is giving failure after failure (at least 6 at a time and always giving me an update error).
I have tested the Tuesday updates and they work fine and successfully.
I've tried everything up to disabling updating drivers as mentioned in the following link and it doesn't result:

The only thing that worked to not have to see these driver updates always failing was the "wushowhide.diagcab" program, having hidden all the drivers that were constantly failing via WU.

They are all drivers that are released via Windows Update (There are several from HP Components, Realtek among others) all give an error when installing.
Everything failed (I even deleted the event log, as I have little time to analyze what is going on).
Microsoft, updating drivers through Windows Update, only did one thing: Release outdated drivers, with bugs and now with errors and failure when installing the driver through this route.
With cumulative and Net Framework updates, it installed flawlessly after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Thanks for the options but I already had them set to only include Windows updates. Its strange (or not) that Fujitsu recently released an update to its Desktop Update software that may have something to do with these errors. I think Fujitsu helpdesk will be getting a phone call from me in the next few days !

I rang the helpdesk today didn't get any joy there.
However this afternoon I resumed updates and the "Intel Ext" so called updates are no longer showing , this is on two identical machines.

Someone must have done something !

Could it be that what happened with Windows 11 also happened in Windows 10.

After all, M$ sent drivers that cause conflict with those that are already installed there (terrible service from a company that boasts of being the pinnacle of technology)

In my WUMT the same error is mentioned, by coincidence. Everything else runs fine.
