Update error code Windows 10 X0800f020b - new printer

    Hello

Can anyone help with the above error code. It appears to have something to do with my new printer. I ran Troubleshooter but did not solve it. I paused the updates for 7 days and when I turned the updates back on and tried to run updates it said Canon Printer Download status and when it reached 100% it just came back with the same message about a problem and the above code. I have a Canon Pixma TS3355. The previous printer was a Canon MG5750. The current printer works OK and I have had to install it using a cable to the desktop as I couldn't get it to work with WiFi. Windows Version 22H2. OS build 19045.2486

    Thanks

Type services.msc in start and open the services.
Scroll down to find Windows Update and right-click it and select Stop.
Press Windows + R to open Run again.
Type %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore in the box and then click OK to open the DataStore folder.
Press Ctrl and A to select all the contents in the folder. Then right-click them to select Delete.
After that, go to Services and start the Windows Update service again.
At last, you are supposed to try updating Windows one more time to see if the error 0x800f020b is fixed.
Restart PC and try to update Windows one more time to see if it is fixed.

    If not:
    In CMD(adm)
    Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth and enter.
    and
    Type sfc /scannow and enter.
If it says there have been errors, restart PC and try to update Windows again.

It also could be an old or defect driver:
    PIXMA TS3355 - Canon Europe
Download the latest driver and/or firmwares here.

    Good.

The first part didn't work so I'm now onto CMD(adm). I typed in the first instruction DISM etc and it came up with error 740 Elevated permissions are required to run DISM. ?

Have you opened Command Prompt (CMD) as administrator then?
Right-click first on CMD and then choose administrator...
