Ok....have you downloaded the file from Microsoft Catalog, and could you try to install it?
Here is also a link, a direct path, to the same file.

Still downloading but nearly there

Installing now but it's going to take ages judging by the speed that the green line is going along. So I'll have to leave it to carry on and come back to it in the morning .
So you need an ISO file for Windows Home 19045.2546 Language: en-GB (..or English International) or sometimes also called en-UK...
Very hard to find, I'm not able find that. I do find for US language and for German, but not british.
May there is someone else on the tenforums that is able to.
An alternative is to switch your language from en-GB to en-US....then it is much easier to find an ISO.
Personally I switched from Norwegian to en-US a while ago, and no problem.

Have been unable to get back to this today had to go to work and I'm at work tomorrow until mid afternoon so that's the earliest I can get back to this. However I can tell you that the drivers installation was successful according to the dialog box. Thanks

Hi there
I'm going to have to leave this unresolved as work is now taking all my time . I may have to get someone in to fix it like the person who installed Windows 10.
However I just want to thank you very much for all your help with this problem.
