My doubt is that when I go to the panel to uninstall updates, KB4023057 is not there as shown in the image.
Your Programs & features, View installed updates diagram shows groupings that can make it harder to find things. When you cannot find something, it can be useful to right-click in a blank area then choose Group by, None. You can then click on the Installed on [date] column to sort updates without the sequence being complicated by groupings.
The same applies to viewing the Programs & features list.

This particular update is not shown in the Programs & features, View installed updates list.
It is only shown in the Programs & features list where it is called Windows PC health check. It might be listed more than once because it has been re-issued several times.

I do not know why you seem to be concerned about whether or not it has been installed. I have never seen anybody report any benefit from having it.
I do not know why you want to uninstall it.

    All the best,
    Denis

Thanks @Try3, for your clarification. Took away my doubt.

Despite having it several times in the update history, I only have this installation in April 2022, and it appears alone that there is no longer any Windows PC Health Check installed.
