MediaTek - Other hardware - Android ADB Interface driver update?

Hello I got a optional driver update listed and it's called ''MediaTek - Other hardware - Android ADB Interface'' does it has to do with my browser or something? Do I need it? If not how can I remove it if I don't need it?

If so, and you are already using the above or similar, then it is only a driver update related to that.

You could of course create a System Image and try it to see if there are any problems, OR, use this to 'Roll Back' the driver if you have problems . . .
