Maintain win l0 key license whan migrate to a new computer

When I was purchase my old computet it was came with a legitimate win 10 already intall.
No key number was supply nor a D.V.D. disk.
I was able to generate a bootable win D.V.D. through ISO file.

I am now wish to purchase a new computer.
How do I recover my win 10 license key from my old computer?

Easiest way- link your activation to your MS account if you have one.
Use that on your new PC.

You do not 'recover my win 10 license key from my old computer' - that's Win 7 and earlier e.g.
Your digital activation rights are held on MS's activation servers.
Exception: some PCs come with a key embedded in their BIOS. This may or may not be the one you're now using.

Link Microsoft Account to Windows 10 Digital License
    Useful:
Use Activation Troubleshooter in Windows 10

It used to be said that only 'retail' licenses can be transferred- in practice it seems that distinction has been lost.

I ...now wish to purchase a new computer.
    - many new PCs come with Win 10 (or '11) installed... I assume you are getting one without an O/S?

The product code is likely embedded in the motherboards BIOS. If so, showkey will find it.
    ShowKeyPlus
That key is tied to that OEM hardware and not transferable. It's not supposed to be transferable anyway. There was a time when OEM licenses weren't transferable either. Doesn't seem to matter these days though?
As mentioned above, the Digital License is what you're transferring. Linking it to your Microsoft account makes that a whole lot easier.
