    How is this set?

Also cannot update the КВ5016616 update as giving error 0x800f0922.
I covered this in a recent thread, exact same message.

I don't know about your other issue, which I suggest you resolve first.

    As to
the КВ5016616 update as giving error 0x800f0922.
    :
    This is coupled with
KB5012170: Security update for Secure Boot DBX: August 9, 2022
Failure appears to be reported against the wrong update.
We need to apply these individually to determine what's happening.
Note the possible failure modes shown in the box for the above update.

Alas, like so many you ignored the forum prompt, there so we don't have to keep on asking:
Windows 10 shut down and update problem-win-10-version.png

Use either WUMT or WUmgr (free, Google).
    a. pause updates.
    b. Use WUMT or WUmgr to scan for updates.
    c. Select only one update (checkbox).
    d. Apply that update using the tool (click button).
    e. Note any success or failure.

    Repeat with the other.

The possible issue with kb5012170 is stated in the article.
Other remaining failures are most expeditiously dealt with (assuming your disk is ok) using an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data

There's a chance that might resolve your other problem.

Same as on your screen, but I was talked about this button:

Sorry, changed it. And also my build 19043.1526
Use either WUMT or WUmgr (free, Google).
I will try, and post here my results

Oh, you mean clicking it... pressing it - sounds like the physical power button.

Ok, that's identified clearly which of the updates that's related to.
There don't seem any clues here, unlike those for the other update:
    KB5016616 Windows 10 19042.1889, 19043.1889, 19044.1889

Other remaining failures are most expeditiously dealt with (assuming your disk is ok) using an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data

    From my post #2.

Made an account so I could reply to this thread with a fix, since I had the exact same problem and it had me puzzled for a few weeks.

Let's start by saying that Acronis is a PoS piece of software that screws with the registry filter drivers and in my case was the direct cause of my issues.

    The issue
HRESULT 8031004a is an error code related to BitLocker. Looking specifically for what HRESULT codes are, I found the proper syntax is 0x8031004a. Looking it up on www.hresult.infowill give you the following result for said error code:

0x8031004a = "FVE_E_NOT_ON_STACK", meaning "BitLocker Drive Encryption cannot be used because critical BitLocker system files are missing or corrupted. Use Windows Startup Repair to restore these files to your computer."

So the issue is with BitLocker. In my case, not the files itself. Looking further, I saw that missing LowerFilters or UpperFilters entries in the registry can cause the BitLocker service unable to start and failing the updates. One + one = 2, I had massive issues with Acronis a few months back, it corrupted my boot by corrupting filters in my registry because it's coded like garbage. One leftover issue was that some of the LowerFilters got removed in the process of boot repair.

    The Fix

    • Open regedit
    • Head over to \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{71a27cdd-812a-11d0-bec7-08002be2092f}
    • Check the LowerFilters entry, and make sure it has "fvevol" in it. If it doesn't, add it manually by modifying the key and typing "fvevol" (without the "" obviously).
    • While you're at it, confirm UpperFilters contains "volsnap"

Other entries in there are usually fine, they can be from other programs. But without fvevol in the LowerFilters, BitLocker won't start and you can't update. After adding fvevol, close regedit, reboot and update.
