Church tech support insists nothing they can do?

[At home and don't know the Windows Version number]
I'm a church volunteer, helping the audio/video team with streaming. The church previously had a system maintenance agreement with Company A, which configured the streaming-related PCs to NOT generate system messages on Sundays. (All PCs are Windows 10.) So; no Windows Update messages, nothing on Sunday. But the church changed to Company B, and their techs are resisting our repeated requests to keep Sundays free of interruptions. On July 17, one reboot message showed up in the content we were sending to Facebook/YouTube.
I feel like our request is simple. But here is the reply I got...
"Patches are deployed on Monday, but if someone is logged into the computer at that time the machine will not reboot without someone clicking the reboot button on that alert box. The only time it checks to see if it can do an automatic reboot is during the patch install window - if it cannot reboot it then, than a manual reboot is required. Right now the system is configured to prompt every 30 minutes for the reboot.

    Possible Options:
    • Manual Patching Only - We can take the machine out of patching scope, however we do not recommend this as it removes all automatic patching.
    • Forced Reboot - We can reconfigure the policy to force the reboot after patch install regardless of if a user is signed in or not. This can be set to reboot immediately, or force the reboot after the prompt is dismissed a number of times.
    • Notify User and Force Reboot - Similar to the above, this just warns the user about the reboot ahead of time.

Hi, are these Home or Pro? More options with Pro..
    a. Wouldn't the simplest thing to do be to pause updates?
Pause Updates or Resume Updates for Windows Update in Windows 10

    b. Take control of Windows Updates using Windows own features. I will assume (you don't say) these are Home installations.

    1. Use Active Hours.

Enable or Disable Active Hours for Windows Update in Windows 10

    2. Disable restart notifcation

    3. Schedule restart time

    c. Disable Windows Updates using a 3rd party tool (you can later enable it).

Hopefully that gives you some choice..

However, what YOU can do depends on your agreement with the company.

dalchina, those sound like very common-sense answers. I'm good with internet technology and tools, but I'm not a hardware/networking guy. I'm going to take your suggestions and present them to our team leader.
Also, anything similar that anyone posts here in this forum!

(By the way, I sympathise- our church has had more than enough problems attempting to stream the service.. but PCs are not directly involved- nor a company).
