Also I tried to enter "Windows 10" in Windows product and leave Target Version empty, so that I get all future Windows 10 feature updates and don't get a Windows 11 Ad.
Unfortunately, that doesn't work. I need to enter a Target Version.
You could leave Target Version empty but that didn't block the Windows 11 information?

No, it did not. Fill a Target Version is mandatory to get rid of the Win11 Ad.

Have you looked at this? It may not be what you want, but then again...
