(This is a simillar error msg to the one I got, my OS isnt in ENG)

    Current OS:
    Windows 10 Pro

I once bought activation key but due to the following error couldnt active the OS.

    Hello and Welcome Elvis1

Error code 0x803f7001 means: Activation Failed Because This Device Doesn’t Have A Valid Digital Entitlement Or Product Key.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...5-d1a956aba678

I'm think your key is an upgrade key.
It can only be used on the system where Windows is already activated, only with a lower edition.
For example: Windows Home Edition is installed and activated, then u can use your Key to Upgrade to Windows Pro Edition.

If Home was installed but not activated, you will not be able to activate Windows Pro with the upgrade key.

    OK,

You don't seem to have understood.

I had linked you to the support article from Microsoft.

    I once bought activation key
    - where from?

You can (probably) still activate Windows with a legitimate Win 7 or 8 key that has not been upgraded previously.
Example of how to do such a clean install:
Clean Install Windows 10 Directly without having to Upgrade First

Or you can buy a genuine Win 10 key of course...

But as Tekkie Boy advises, if you believe you have a genuine key and an activation issue, the options are there for you.
