i5-2400 is not "officially" compatible. You can get it to work fine, so I shouldn't worry. Works fine on my 3rd gen machines.
I haven't bothered doing the "upgrade".
Usually I just apply the image from the win11 media to a spare partition and add a boot menu entry.
A lazy way to do it is with JFX winntsetup
WinNTSetup_v524.zip
Your PC is not an officially supported device. Your 2nd gen i5 is below the minimum 8th gen requirement.

Having said that, there are workarounds to install or upgrade to Windows 11 on an unsupported device. I have found that it can run on almost anything.

But if you want to be sure your PC will be supported you'd need to upgrade the motherboard and CPU. It may be more economical/practical to build a new machine for Windows 11.

also, the Intel DH67CL board appears to have been released in early 2011, before UEFI came out (most likely a non-uefi board)
Another option is to run Windows 11 in a virtual machine. For example, here are the specs for a my 10 year old computer.

I would give this a blind shot.
Download and install VMware player here:
VMware Workstation Player | VMware
Setup the environment in VMware settings to emulate the TPM chip.
Then try to install Windows 11.
Add TPM to a VMWare Player virtual machine for Windows 11
I never tested this.

You do not need SecureBoot and TPM to run Windows 11. It is in the official requirements, but not needed. My computer has neither, and runs Win11 well.

Neither. My computer is 10 years old and has only 4 GB RAM. No TPM or UEFI. It runs Windows 11 well.
It is probably worth upgrading the cpu to 3rd gen. The i5 3rd gen are a tenner or even less now. I expect there is a bios upgrade that will allow that for the H67 chipset.
