Windows 10 Pro n Activation issues

I'll try to keep this short and sweet!

i originally upgraded from windows 7. Did a downgrade, the downgrade broke my pc so i REINSTALLED. This time reinstalling off of a custom win 10 setup i put on a usb. I was able to activate windows 10 at the time. But recently had yet MORE problems, prompting in another OS reinstall.

I did this reinstall the exact same as the previous, used the same usb stick. Now when i go to activate this time i have no luck. i have tried a couple well known cmd prompts that have been known to fix and all of them return an error involving kmk.

    anyone got any ideas?

If you told us the actual error message you're getting, folks might then be able to provide some specific advice -- but saying "no luck" is too vague to be useful.

    thanks for the reply!

I'm being vague because there was no error message. The only option was to try and activate again. Last night i figured out it was a trojan that would somehow duplicate my windows profile, and render all my windows applications useless after enough time. I was able to remove the virus and i'm in the process of formatting my hard drive and reinstalling.

now i'm having issues with my slave drive. I was able recover the data but its a 1TB and i have nothing large enough to recover 1TB of data so i'm running low on options.

Is your current machine protected by a security suite? I assume your secondary drive infected too as is your main OS drive.
